1. Eligibility

By purchasing a subscription, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years old.
 
We reserve the right to terminate any account if we discover false information regarding age.
 
We may cancel or terminate subscriptions at any time, with no prior notice and no refund. Subscription access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at will.
 
2. Account Responsibility
Each subscription is intended for use by a single individual.
 
Sharing login information with others constitutes theft of services and a violation of these Terms.
 
We actively monitor accounts for unauthorized use. If we determine that your account has been shared, we may suspend or terminate access immediately.
 
Theft of services may be referred to legal authorities for further action.
 
3. Subscription & Billing
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when subscribing.
 
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Share your subscription access with any other person.
 
Attempt to resell, distribute, or sublicense any part of our services.
 
Use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
 
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in theft of services, or misuse the platform in any way.
6. Changes to Terms

You understand that all participation is voluntary, and you waive any claims against Trailer Park Gossip© for the use of such content, provided it is used for entertainment, satire, or promotional purposes.

TRAILER PARK GOSSIP – GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering any giveaway hosted by Trailer Park Gossip (“we,” “our,” or “us”), participants (“you” or “entrant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • Must provide accurate and complete information when entering, including full name, valid mailing address, and contact information.

  • Giveaways are open to U.S. residents unless otherwise stated.

2. How to Enter

  • Entry requirements will be listed on the giveaway post or page.

  • Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries.

3. Conduct & Community Guidelines

To maintain a respectful community, entrants agree to follow all Trailer Park Gossip community rules across all platforms.
You may be disqualified from the giveaway if you:

  • Engage in targeted harassment, defamation, slander, or intentionally spreading false information about Trailer Park Gossip, its owner, or its community.

  • Participate in online groups, livestreams, or conversations that involve coordinated harassment or hostile activity toward Trailer Park Gossip.

  • Actively collaborate with individuals or groups who are publicly engaging in harassment or bad-faith attacks against Trailer Park Gossip.

This clause is intended to protect the integrity of the community and ensure giveaways are reserved for supporters, not participants in harmful or abusive online behavior.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be chosen at random or as otherwise described in the giveaway announcement.

  • Winners will be notified via the method described (email, social media message, etc.).

  • If a winner does not respond within the time stated in the giveaway announcement, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize Delivery & Shipping Disclaimer

  • Winners must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Trailer Park Gossip is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Once the package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • No replacement prizes will be issued if the shipping information provided by the winner is incorrect.

6. No Purchase Necessary

  • Giveaways are free to enter unless otherwise stated and are void where prohibited.

7. Rights & Publicity

By entering, you agree that Trailer Park Gossip may use your name, username, or submitted content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used only for administering the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Modification or Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel a giveaway at any time if circumstances require it.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree that Trailer Park Gossip and its owner are not liable for:

  • Losses or damages related to entering the giveaway,

  • Technical issues affecting entry, or

  • Issues arising from shipping, including lost or stolen packages.

11. Agreement
